PAGES:
1. Coverpage with space for you to write your business name.
2. Suppliers. (Fill in your suppliers details, their facebook, instagram and website details. If you have an account with them, record your username and passwords. Do they have a VIP group or a discount code for VIP members to use? What are the products supplied and delivery times? You can also give them a rating out of 5 stars for quick reference.
3.Weekly Business planner. Jot down and highlight all the upcomming events/sales or releases you dont want to miss for the week! also take note of the jobs you want to complete or tasks you need to complete by a certain day etc.
4.Full 12 month calander. You fill in the dates (numbers) so you are therefore able to use this calander for future years.
5.Monthly sales log. Record all your sales, the order numbers, sale price, postage charged, total price, item costs, fees and charges and total profit.
6.Monthly Expenses log. Record the date you purchased an item or supply, where you purchased it from. the amount you paid, postage paid (if applicable, the total amount paid). Then check it off once its been received!
7. Yearly profit log. Transfer your monthly sales and expenses (once completed), over to the yearly log to track everything on a year to year basis.
8. Item cost calculator. (Record all the items used to make the outift, everything from the fabric used, to the snaps and care labels). Use the guide to work out the quantiy you used for bias tape, elastic, piping, logo tags, size labels etc, Fill in the collumns to work out the price for each piece, all the way down to the last snap button and what that cost you. You end up with the total cost of the item, the time it took you to make it, your hourly wage, then your profit markup. Now, you will know exactly what to charge/quote your customers and keep your pricing consistant. Record the total cost for each pattern you make! easy!
9. Customer Order form. Record your customers details, order details and total amounts. record the invoice or order numbers, totals, postage and any discounts. Record the tracking number and the date posted. There is even a spot for you to put the sticker with the tracking number on it once posted.
10.Time Management log. Record how long it takes to make an item from start to finish so you know exactly how long each piece takes, then use this in your item cost calculator for your "Labour" time/charge.
11. Contacts. Use these pages to record important contacts.
12. Cost Of supplies. Use these pages to record your item descriptions, where you purchased from, the qty ordered, total cost etc, then work out the unit cost to know every detail, all the way down to the cost of each snap!

Record the total amount of people entered, along with the winner and the winners details. Then add additional notes if you need to!
16. Accounts. Record all the accounts you have set up associated with your business. I.e- Email logins and passwords, website details, logins and passwords, along with renewal details. Record your ABN numbers and account details, your BSB and Account details that you give out to customers. Evyerhting, is recorded here so you dont need to remeber it!
17. Customer waiting list. Pages for you to record customers who are either on your waititng list, or have pre-ordered from you and you are now watiing for fabric or supplies to arrive.
18. Releases! Record all your upcomming releases. plan dates, themes and colours. Put in your fabric swatches for your fabric themes, theres even a spot for you to put some sketches of some outfit ideas. Record the items you will have available for sale, along with their quantities and prices. Mark how many sell on the night etc.
